Navigating High School Transition
Join us for an evening of information regarding the transition from high school to adulthood for youth with disabilities/ special health care needs. Family Voices of Wisconsin will present What’s After High School, a session that covers major aspects of transitions. Key agencies will be available to answer questions about their services and programs. Separate spaces for activities for younger kids, quiet space for teens will be available.

Lake View Conference Center is on the south side of the North Central Campus. Park in Lot D and enter Door 31.
Parent Cafes
Parent Cafes: connect families and build resiliency. Our Cafes are specifically for parents of children with disabilities/special health care needs, with parents taking an active role in the planning. We are offering in-person Cafes in Abbotsford, Ashland, Stevens Point, and Woodruff. Information will be posted soon. Want to have a cafe in your area? Reach out to us!
